Peer e Kamil

My next favourite novel is Peer e Kamil written by the respected Umera Ahmed.
The word 'Peer' means the leader or the mentor and 'Kamil' means absolutely complete or perfect. So in this novel Peer e kamil is said to the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H.) who is the perfect mentor for us and his teachings are the only pathway which are taught us to live our life greatly, peacefully and with much blessings.

So, now come to the point that why i like it??
Its because of many reasons.. some I will explain here.
                                        Beshakk!!

Here, you will read that how and who got to learn the teachings of Peer e Kamil!!

First, the character of 'Imama' is very impressive that how she faced all troubles, hurdles and dangers alone bravely just to live her life as a true Muslim believer.

She was born in a Qadyani family and was a medical student and had a great desire of being an eye speacialist!
Initially she was unaware of the fact that Qadyani's are non muslims and that's why she was considered as a non muslim also. So when she got to know this, she was very amazed, worried and depressed and she started to do researches regarding this believe. After that she got that she was on wrong way, and she decided to talk to their family and guide her towards right but her family dealt it in such a wrong way that they decided to arrange her marriage in their family as soon as possible. This was a very difficult and worrying situation for Imama, no one was listening to her and that's why she decided to left her home, family and her profession too just to live her life as a true believer!!
Later, she faced all the worst situations that she left her city but due to the fact that her Qadyani family was so powerful, it was very unsafe for her to move outside freely even in other city so she had to cover her face while going outside, completed her graduation with another name and also got other degree, she didn't make any friend because of her safety and suffered much more!!

By the way.. it is very much difficult to leave one's family.. those who live in hostil or abroad know what the pain is!!!
But remember that any sacrifice you did for Allah it will return back to you in this world and here after too!

Another enchanting character of this novel is Salar Sikander. His character is more interesting. Initially his character was revealed as an ill mannered guy who didn't know what the word 'Respect' means. The interesting thing is that he was neighbour of Imama's Qadyani family.
Due to this there are much fascinating and amazing events in the novel.

Another fascinating love story you will also read in the novel!
So Salar was a guy with 2.5 IQ, he was changed completely after suffering from different things, who changed his life, his thoughts even himself completely that his parents also amazed with his change. How he changed, you will read in the novel.

Aah!! There are much much facinating things in the novel that while I am typing here, I have to control myself from telling you the bunch of  mysteries in it!

Here, I have given you a very brief review but I can bet you that when you start this novel you won't left it incomplete because it will bind you fully.
I tell you that I read this novel in only 2.5 days..
To all readers, dont left Peer e Kamil unread otherwise you will really really going to miss a beautiful read from your library. So must read this novel and enjoy it!😄

Jannat K Pattey

As some people watch drama serials, movies and seasons, and get inspired from them, talk of them and relate it wth their life, similarly, I read URDU novels and I feel it, assume it, dream it, live it and get lessons from it and also obviously relate it with myself and my life. Although everything what I read has not actually been happen in my life, but I can imagine it and feel it due to the writer's best way of writing.
So.. here I will discuiss my reviews on my favourite urdu novels, share my thoughts, feelings and lessons I got from them. Here, a question comes in your mind that why I am writing my review in ENGLISH on urdu novels??? So its specially for those who don't read urdu novels , read only English novels, just to fascinate them towards read towards reading of best urdu novels, because if they don't they would definitely going to miss the enchanting stories from their library which are full of lessons of life.
So, I am starting from my most favourite novel JANNAT K PATTEY written by hounarable Nemra Ahmed.
Why i loved it the most?? There are much reasons of it. Some of them I am discuissing here. The very first and most important reason, which is the main theme of the novel is "PARDA" which in encoded with the words Jannat k Pattey. What does it mean? Jannat k pattey and parda..it seems a new and explainable combination.. you will get to know this when you read this novel.
I am giving you a brief overview.
A girl named HAYA SULEMAN , a fashionable, pretty, confident girl who kept herself dress up fully and updated according to the latest fashion all the time, much careful about her skin, hairs, and nails, could not bear any bad comment on her dressing, was living a happy life in Islamabad.
She went to Turkey for Erasmus Mundus Exchange Programme at Sabanji University for a semester of 5 months. At this university, covering head is not allowed for female students but she was so happy and excited to go there and didn't have any issue of the policy of Hijab, as at that time, she did not wear hijab or you can say she was unaware of the value of Hijab. But later, when the story moves ahead, something happen in her life (I know but I don't tell you, for this you have to read the novel) due to which she started to think , understand and take the concepts of Aakhirah, Jannat and Dozakh seriously.

Also the company of pure hearted Haleema Aunt and Ayeshe Gul has changed her concept of living a life, helped her in her way towards the right path, the path of Allah and his beloved!!
She started to understand the message of Allah in Holy Quran specifically of Pardah. And then she revealed as a Hijabi girl from a Non Hijabi girl and then finally she was shown to start Shara e parda. After this it is shown in novel that she faced much torns, regrets, objections and difficulties from society. And the moat painful thing was that she was degraded by her family members most to taking veil infront of every Na-mehram.
Later, when she didn't get step back from her right path and bears all these disguisting things courageously so at last her endless efforts ended up in her victory, that she shut the mouth of the whole irritating, depressing and degrading society by her strong stand.

And according to me it is not easy in reality. No matter that you lived in a Muslim house in a Muslim country because everyone in our society is critisizing the Parda girl for no reason , challanging Allah's order Na'uzoobillah and don't even know what they are doing and it is very hard for a hijabi or Parda girl to bear all this , but those with strong faith bear all these and stand strongly everywhere with full confidence and positive energy rather than leaving everything and getting depressed by the society.

I also want to add here that when I read this novel I was in that stage when I was also facing some objections regarding my parda which I had started one year ago. So, that's the big reason of my much favouritism towards this novel that I was relating all my situations with that of Haya
At that time, i feel so calm that ok, there are also some girls struggling for their Parda in the society, as it was just in the novel but I got much hope after reading this novel.
And now Alhamdulillah, I am fulfilling the demands and values of Parda as much as I can. Alhamdulillah..
The second best thing of this novel is a character of Pakistani Spy named as Major Jihan Sikandar. I was also much fascinated by his character and the respect and honour about Pakistan Army and Intelligence officers in my heart raises much high..
Really.. they are the people who deserve love, respect, honour and appreciation by the nation!!!
And
Here are some paragraphs of this novel which definitely grab your attention and make you fascinitate to read the novel !
